  • Manage project tracking files, dashboards, and communication updates to keep stakeholders informed and ensure equipment upgrade deadlines are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, including quoting, technical discussions, and purchasing system workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with machining, assembly, and operations teams to align capital projects with production needs and minimize disruption during installations.
  • Support installation and commissioning activities within tight windows, helping to plan, schedule, and follow up on tasks required for successful start‑up.
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining organized documentation, schedules, and project status reports.

  • Experience in CNC machining, assembly operations, or high‑volume manufacturing environments, strongly preferred for this role.
  • Ability to analyze machine performance data, interpret trends, and convert insights into prioritized action items and improvement plans.
  • Proficiency with structured problem‑solving methodologies such as root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Experience working with vendors and suppliers and navigating purchasing systems to support capital equipment projects.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail in project scheduling, documentation, and follow‑through.
  • Flexibility to support overtime, including approximately 10 hours per week and up to 25% additional time during peak project periods.

  • Experience with capital projects and CAPEX processes, including planning, justification, and execution of equipment investments.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and methods to plan timelines, milestones, and resource needs.
  • Comfort working within high‑volume OEM environments and supporting engine or component manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven approach to decision‑making and continuous improvement.
