Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Engineer join a dynamic team working on a large-scale water/wastewater infrastructure project. This is a high-impact, on-site role supporting a $190M clean water infrastructure initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly in the water/wastewater or industrial sector, and be comfortable managing RFIs, submittals, and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Support project management activities including RFIs, submittals, and coordination
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other engineers on-site
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle—from preconstruction and estimating to closeout
- Engage with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years in water infrastructure projects
- Experience with water/wastewater or clean water infrastructure projects
- RFIs, submittals, and coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Exposure to full project lifecycle
- Experience managing projects valued between $10M-$50M preferred
- Preconstruction and estimating experience preferred

Work Environment: On-site at the Westminster, CO. Collaborative team of Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $107000.00/yr.
Compensation: $82,000–$107,000/year discretionary bonus (3–7%, eligible starting next year) Career Path: PE → Superintendent Project Manager
