We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to provide essential construction administrative support for utility transmission programs across California and Oregon. You will collaborate with multiple field crews, foremen, and leadership teams to facilitate effective communication and project management. This role involves substantial data entry, field collection, reporting, and coordination with subcontractors to manage change orders efficiently.
Responsibilities- Provide construction administrative support to multiple projects in CA & OR.
- Collaborate with 30-100 field crews, several foremen, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate data entry, field collection, and reporting.
- Act as a liaison for communication between various parties.
- Work closely with subcontractors and assist with change orders.
- Handle IT issues for field staff and translate project schedules.
- Manage client reports and maintain material inventory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Strong computer skills, including data organization and file management.
- Ability to handle demanding clients and communicate effectively with field personnel.
- Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or project management.
- 1-5 years of experience in a related field, or recent college graduates with a strong desire to learn.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Northern CA and Southern OR.
The Project Coordinator will work primarily in a project trailer, starting around 7 AM, with occasional overtime during busy periods. This position involves traveling to various project sites, initially in very Northern California and Southern Oregon. The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $42.00/hr.
