We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting a significant $390 million Pump Station project for the US Army Corps of Engineers. This role involves coordinating project documentation and communication to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Responsibilities- Track daily report information from subcontractors and internal employees.
- Draft and submit daily reports for review by the Assistant Project Manager.
- Upload approved reports to eBuilder.
- Collect and save all delivery tickets to OneDrive.
- Track all deliveries in an Excel spreadsheet to ensure payment and verify the accuracy of materials delivered.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting construction projects.
- Proficient in OneDrive, Excel, and eBuilder or similar project tracking software.
- Experience in construction project coordination and administration.
- Experience in data entry and document control.
- Ability to provide administrative support in construction environments.
The position is based at the S-623 Pump Station in South Bay, FL. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week.
