Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support a significant $390 Million Pump Station project for the US Army Corps of Engineers. This role involves coordinating essential project documentation and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Track daily report information from subcontractors and internal employees.
- Draft and prepare daily reports for review by the Assistant Project Manager.
- Upload approved reports to eBuilder.
- Collect and save all delivery tickets to OneDrive.
- Maintain a delivery tracking log using Excel to ensure material delivery and accuracy.
Essential Skills
- Construction experience.
- Project coordination and administration.
- Proficiency in data entry and document control.
- Knowledge of construction administration processes.
- Experience with OneDrive, Excel, and eBuilder or similar project tracking software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles supporting construction projects.
Work Environment
The Project Coordinator will work at the S-623 Pump Station located at 12351 US-27, South Bay, FL. The role is based in a job trailer and involves working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
