Project Controls Assistant

Join a dynamic team at the Mission Critical Data Center Project, providing essential support in cost control and accounting within the construction sector. You will collaborate closely with the cost manager and be part of a dedicated cost control team, contributing to innovative project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and administrative support to the Projects Controls Manager.
• Ensure accuracy of customer and supplier accounts.
• Receive, process, and file paperwork efficiently.
• Manage petty cash transactions.
• Handle invoices to subcontractor payouts, credit card vouchers, and tracking.
• Perform data entry and maintain complex bills using Excel and other relevant software.

• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Invoicing and data entry expertise.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and data entry.
• Experience in project controls and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with month-end reporting and financial statements.

• Experience in accounting within construction is ideal.
• Knowledge of general ledger systems.
• Willingness to learn and use proprietary software for cost control.

The role is onsite at the construction site located on Pecan Tree Rd, St George, SC. You will be working within a highly innovative and groundbreaking project management team. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Moncks Corner, SC.

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $48.08/hr.
