Job Description

Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in the daily management of programs utilizing a wide range of administrative, communications, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, analyze, and report on various data elements of the program including scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO.
• Contribute to program planning by defining program objectives, developing and maintaining schedules, and developing the program work breakdown structure.
• Define and negotiate program budgets and spend plans.
• Generate program work packages and define task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents.
• Develop program schedules.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business; or equivalent education and work experience.
• Three years of program-related experience with an emphasis on project management, including scheduling, program planning, organization, budgeting, and data management.

Work Environment

The position is based in an engineering/office environment with a 9-80 schedule, meaning you will be off every other Friday. The role requires onsite presence five days per week. This position offers the opportunity to support the program management office for two large programs, PSS-T and PSS-T KSA, and to contribute to the design and build of Aerostat systems used for surveillance and reconnaissance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Columbia,MD.
