Job Description
Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in the daily management of programs by utilizing a wide range of administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, compile, analyze, and report various data elements of the program including scheduling, financial data, material data, labor data, dashboard statistics, CDRLs tracking, and any other data required by the PMO.
- Participate in program planning to include defining program objectives, developing and maintaining schedules, and developing the program work breakdown structure.
- Define and negotiate program budgets and spend plans, generate program work packages, define task responsibilities via Work Authorization Documents, and develop program schedules.

- Experience with DoD programs
- Hardware and software knowledge
- B.S. in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or Business; or equivalent education and work experience.
- Three years of program-related experience with an emphasis on project management, including scheduling, program planning, program organization, budgeting, analyzing and reporting financial and schedule information, and data management.
Work in an engineering/office environment. The schedule follows a 9-80 format, meaning employees are off every other Friday, and onsite work is required five days per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
