Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Production Control Supervisor to join our growing and stable company. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control practices, master & production scheduling, and experience with MRP/ERP systems. You will be responsible for planning and forecasting in a dynamic and heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Engage in process engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma and Kanban methodologies to optimize production processes.
- Manage and control inventory to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Plan and forecast production requirements to meet business objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery of units.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in process improvement and engineering.
- Strong understanding of cost reduction strategies.
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Kanban methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Demand planning expertise.

- Ability to conduct forecast modeling.
