Job Description
The Process Engineer will be responsible for improving processes within the manufacturing team. This role involves identifying throughput issues and breaking down barriers within the product manufacturing life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve throughput issues in the manufacturing process.
- Enhance and improve processes within the manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with team members to break down barriers in the product manufacturing life cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and process engineering.
- Knowledge of materials engineering and mechanical engineering.
- Experience with Minitab.
- Associate's degree in Engineering.
- Experience in customer quality interaction.
- Knowledge of ceramics, crystals, and machined products.
The work environment is divided evenly between office and floor settings. The role involves working with products such as ceramics and crystals, as well as machined products with applications in DoD, Medical, and C&IP sectors. The facility adheres to the ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard and is known for its clean environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
