What You’ll Be Doing
As a Primavera P6 Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules that support construction and capital infrastructure initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6
- Support power transmission and distribution construction projects
- Develop logic‑driven schedules, resource loading, and progress updates
- Partner closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams
- Track milestones, identify risks, and highlight schedule impacts
- Support forecasting, look‑ahead planning, and schedule analysis
- Participate in monthly in‑person client meetings in Louisville
- Provide clear schedule reporting and communication to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 in a scheduling role
- Experience building construction schedules (power, utilities, industrial, infrastructure, or similar)
- Strong understanding of critical path, logic ties, and schedule controls
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort supporting client‑facing meetings
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Power transmission or distribution project experience
- Utility, industrial, or heavy civil construction background
- Experience supporting project controls or cost/schedule integration
Candidates from other industries are strongly encouraged to apply if they have solid P6 experience.
Work Setup
- 100% remote, work from anywhere in the U.S.
- Once per month travel to Louisville, KY for client meetings
- Travel expenses fully covered

This is a Permanent position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56.00 - $60.00/hr.
