Job Description
We are seeking dedicated phlebotomists to join our team, where you will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing in a doctor's office setting. This role involves the collection and receipt of biological specimens, their proper entry into the company’s computer system, and the preparation of samples for analytical testing. You will also distribute specimens to the appropriate analytical area and perform specified analytical testing as assigned, all while adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
- Collect and receive biological specimens.
- Enter specimen details accurately into the computer system.
- Prepare samples for analytical testing.
- Distribute specimens to the correct analytical area.
- Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.

Essential Skills
- Proficiency in blood draws and specimen collection.
- Experience in laboratory and phlebotomy procedures.
- At least 1 year of prior phlebotomy experience (excluding donor, plasma, and MA phlebotomy).
- Comfortable working independently.
- Good computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Experience in specimen processing and patient care is preferred.
Work Environment
You will work as a phlebotomist inside a neurology office, drawing blood from patients and collaborating closely with medical assistants. The office is located in Phoenix, AZ. The working hours are Monday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The position offers opportunities for growth, including a career ladder.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
