Pharmacy Technician (Evening Shift) - 12:30 PM to 9PM

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in the medication fulfillment process by ensuring prescriptions are accurately selected, packaged, labeled, and prepared for pharmacist verification. You will work alongside a team of pharmacists and technicians dedicated to delivering medications safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.

What You'll Do

• Prepare prescription medications for pharmacist review and final verification.
• Accurately pick medications from inventory and storage locations using scanning technology and established workflows.
• Label, package, and stage prescription orders while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Support blister card preparation, medication prepackaging, and fulfillment activities.
• Identify and escalate scanning discrepancies, inventory issues, or medication concerns immediately.
• Process returns and assist with medication recycling and disposal activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized workstations and ensure adequate stock levels of packaging and operational supplies.
• Contribute to continuous workflow efficiency while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Support the pharmacy team with additional operational responsibilities as business needs require.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Marlborough, MA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Marlborough,MA.
