Job Description:
- Remote data verification and prescriber/patient calls for home infusion, IVIG, and hemophilia orders
- Receiving/clarifying prescriptions from provider’s office with all necessary information for home infusion including but not limited to: meds prior to infusion, flushes, calculate infusion time, nursing and all necessary supplies/pump.
- Counseling and providing care plans to patients as well as support for providers and home infusion nurses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree (Pharm.D) in pharmacy is Mandatory
- 3 years of mail order experience is Mandatory
- Pharmacist License From State of TX OR MO OR FL is Mandatory

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
