Pathology Technician
Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour (08:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pathology Technician
Perform dissection, evisceration, and histologic sampling of anatomical specimens
Conduct frozen sections and intra-operative consultations per protocol
Coordinate acquisition of tissue specimens for research
Maintain digital specimen photography and storage systems
Manage reagents, equipment, and specimen storage
Assist with interpretation and presentation of findings
Support general pathology operations and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
ASCP certification required
Minimum 2 years of pathology/lab experience
Experience in specimen processing and autopsy procedures
Experience with research specimen coordination
Familiarity with digital pathology systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $59.00 - $62.00/hr.
