Part Time Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing patients' blood and performing specimen processing within a doctor's office setting. This role is vital in the collection, receipt, and preparation of biological specimens for analytical testing and distribution to the appropriate analytical areas. Additionally, the position involves performing specific analytical tests as assigned, following the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood from patients and perform specimen processing in a doctor's office setting.
• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
• Enter specimen data accurately into the company's computer system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate analytical areas.
• Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
• Adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Proficiency in blood draw, specimen collection, laboratory procedures, and patient care.
• Experience in specimen processing and phlebotomy.
• Comfortable working independently.

• GED or High School Diploma required.

The role will be located at HonorHealth Medical in Gilbert, AZ, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM. The Phlebotomist will work inside a doctor's office, drawing blood from the physician's patients and collaborating closely with Medical Assistants. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
