Part Time - Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Hours: 18 per week (flexible Monday-Friday)

Contract duration: Until November 2026

Job Description

This role provides experienced clinical research coordination support for a clinical trial at a research site. The Clinical Research Coordinator will focus on patient recruitment tasks for a Dravet Syndrome study.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chart reviews for patient qualification.
• Perform pre-screening of potential study participants.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
• Engage in community and physician outreach to obtain patient referrals.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator with over 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Training in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong patient recruitment skills.
• Experience in pre-screening patients for clinical trials.

Work Environment

The role operates during normal business hours in a fast-paced environment, requiring keen attention to detail.

This is a Contract position based out of Gulf Breeze, FL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
