Night Shift Associate Manufacturing

This role supports a 24/7 operation using a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule. The position is fully onsite in Holly Springs, NC and is a 1-year contract with a possible extension. There are four openings for the night shift role, which follows a 12-hour shift pattern from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM.

• Operate material handling equipment, including drum dollies, carts, electric pallet jacks, tables, and related tools proficiently.
• Perform material labeling activities following approved procedures.
• Execute inventory transactions accurately in MES and SAP systems.
• Interface with internal customers such as Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation activities.
• Assist with quality and safety investigations as required.
• Provide clear and detailed descriptions of issues to support safety and quality escalations.
• Communicate task status, issues, and escalations during shift handoffs.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, safety, and data integrity expectations.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Proficiency in material handling and inventory accuracy.
• Strong understanding of GMP compliance and documentation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and accountability in a shift-based environment.

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work experience, or
• Associate's degree with 6 months of work experience, or
• Bachelor's degree.

The role requires working onsite in a fully operational facility in Holly Springs, NC. The work schedule follows a 2-2-3 rotating shift pattern, with 12-hour night shifts from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM. The environment demands adherence to cGMP, safety, and data integrity expectations. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays is required.

This is a Contract position based out of Holly Springs, NC.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
