Description
Design mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing building systems for new residential and commercial buildings.
Field-document existing conditions and design modifications to existing residential and commercial building systems.
Prepare contract documents (plans and specifications) for clients and contractors to use in permitting, bidding, and construction.
Network with colleagues through professional and technical societies.
Perform feasibility studies and consultations with written reports.
Help building owners understand their buildings, and the opportunity to improve existing systems.
Engage directly with clients, contractors, and industry colleagues.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary design team including other engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and other invested parties.

This is a Permanent position based out of Morristown, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
