Job Description

In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, prepare for upcoming appointments, and troubleshoot issues with the patient portal.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with portal registration
• Prepare paperwork for upcoming appointments
• Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal
• Provide administrative support at the front desk
• Handle patient registration and reception duties

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in technology
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Experience in administrative support
• Experience in patient registration

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project. The work environment involves direct interaction with patients and staff in a medical setting, requiring a professional demeanor and adherence to clinic protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
