Medical Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team in a high-end plastic surgery office located in midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in multi-level scheduling and exceptional customer care while managing appointments for doctors and patients across various platforms. This role requires both administrative and clinical experience, and offers the opportunity to manage and train a team of medical assistants.

• Coordinate and manage appointments for doctors and patients concurrently across multiple platforms.
• Assist in scheduling calls and maintaining task focus.
• Provide personalized and exceptional customer care for each patient.
• Facilitate patient arrangements to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
• Manage a team of medical assistants, ensuring efficient operation.

The role is based in a high-end plastic surgery office located in midtown Manhattan. The work schedule is primarily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM, with coverage needed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, plus an additional weekday, and 1-2 Saturdays per month. Employees can expect a minimum of four guaranteed working days per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
