Job Description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to designing essential mechanical components. Utilize your expertise in 2D and 3D design using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Design components like strainers, spray balls, and baskets.
• Assist with components of the full cleaning system.
• Create designs in 2D and 3D using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• Knowledge of sheet metal and machine design (preferred).
• Understanding of material properties.
• Experience in 3D modeling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associates in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience working with SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD.
• 2 years of experience as a mechanical designer.
• 2 years of experience designing small components (preferred).

Work Environment

Enjoy working in an open layout office space with your own cubicle situated near other designers. After the training period, there is potential for a hybrid work model. The manufacturing environment is clean, and the company has been recognized as a top workplace for the last three years. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
