We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and integration of a new production line. This project-based role offers a fantastic opportunity for junior or entry-level engineers to play a crucial part in line integration and process development.
Responsibilities- Assist in the development and integration of new production lines.
- Support process development and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize AutoCAD/CREO for plant layout and design purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance material flow and lean manufacturing processes.
- Manufacturing engineering expertise.
- Process improvement and engineering skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in work instructions and SOPs.
- Ability to use AutoCAD/CREO for layout design.
- Engineering Degree.
- Prior manufacturing experience or internship.
- Familiarity with process development and continuous improvement strategies.
The role involves working on-site with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. You will be engaged in dynamic projects that require a hands-on approach, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in developing a brand new production line.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Panama City, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
