Manufacturing Coordinator

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Coordinator in the medical device industry, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and marketing advanced hemostat and wound healing technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, interacting with manufacturing, research, quality, and regulatory departments to support and drive our growing business.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the manufacture of products following established processes and procedures.
• Provide Manufacturing and Quality Assurance support.
• Define, implement, and revise operational policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.
• Oversee procurement and resource allocation.
• Coordinate shipments to vendors and receipt of materials, communicating process and equipment needs to sustain and improve operational efficiency in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Associates.
• Collaborate with customer service and shipping to deliver medical devices to US and International markets per internal operating procedures.
• Enter and track information in Vantage Enterprise Resource Planning software.
• Work with Human Resources to hire competent personnel, oversee training, and manage the performance of Manufacturing Associates.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A 2-year degree minimum in a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a focus on excellence and responsiveness to customer needs.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, establish project plans, achieve timelines, and communicate results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in ISO certified manufacturing preferred.
• Planning and coordinating skills.

This is an onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The company fosters a great company culture and is dedicated to growing its workforce.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
