Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join a Long Term Care Pharmacy team. This role focuses on data review and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in pharmacy practice and a passion for delivering high-quality care to long-term care patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical data review to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Active Minnesota Pharmacist License in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $65.00/hr.
