Lab Production Technician I
Location: Mesa, AZ
Full-Time Mon -Fri 8am-5pm | Cleanroom & Lab Environment
About the Role
Join a mission-driven team focused on regenerative health and innovation. As a Lab Production Technician I, you’ll play a key role in tissue processing within a sterile lab environment. This position offers hands-on experience in a cleanroom setting, contributing to life-changing products while growing professionally in a supportive and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Process tissue samples according to SOPs and regulatory standards
- Maintain aseptic conditions and contamination-free environments
- Document processing activities for traceability and compliance
- Prepare and maintain cleanroom and lab equipment
- Monitor tissue quality and adhere to FDA and health/safety regulations
- Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training
- Support team operations and assist in training junior staff
Must-Have Qualifications
- Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- OR 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and lab safety protocols
- Ability to operate and maintain lab equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in tissue processing or regenerative health
- Familiarity with FDA and health/safety regulations
- Team training or mentoring experience
- Experience in quality control or lab analysis
Work Environment
You’ll work in a cleanroom and laboratory setting, following strict aseptic and safety protocols. The team is expanding with a new cleanroom launching in Summer 2026, driven by increased volume and a successful product launch.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
