Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process samples for various wet lab analyses.
- Operate specialized lab equipment including ball mills, flotation machines, balances, pH meters, and titration tools.
- Conduct chemical tests and measurements with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate documentation, daily logs, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with general lab duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors in Chemistry or related discipline preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
- Sample preparation and documentation preferred.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Capable of bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be clean-shaven where respirator contacts the face.
- Comfortable working with chemicals such as NaCN, H₂O₂, and lime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
