Job Description
As a Lab Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations at our laboratory, ensuring seamless patient check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining an organized supply inventory. You will be the face of our laboratory, providing exceptional customer service while applying your basic medical knowledge in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations in the laboratory.
- Order and stock necessary supplies to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Check in and check out patients efficiently and courteously.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors.
- Apply basic medical knowledge to assist in patient inquiries and support laboratory operations.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in customer service, especially in a healthcare setting.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial.

This is a Contract position based out of Greeneville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
