Job Title: Lab Associate

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Lab Associate to support daily operations within our lab. This role is responsible for front‑desk management, supply coordination, and delivering exceptional service to patients and visitors. A foundational understanding of medical terminology and processes is essential for effectively checking patients in and out.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the lab’s front desk.
• Manage supply inventory, including ordering and restocking materials as needed.
• Professionally check patients in and out while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Use basic medical knowledge to support patient questions and workflow processes.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• Basic medical knowledge required.
• Front‑desk or administrative experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeneville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
