- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Verify technical details and research parts using SAP, equipment documentation, and visual references to confirm correct orders.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes based on validated customer information.
- Process purchase orders, update internal systems (MRP/CRM/SAP), and communicate order status, lead times, and shipping expectations.
- Gather and report customer feedback, suggestions, and operational issues to the Commercial Team Lead.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate part data, including numbers, descriptions, specifications, vendor details, and pricing updates.
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as required.
This is a Permanent position based out of University Park, IL.
