Job Title: Project Analyst/Coordinator- Reliability, Maintenance and Analysis

Job Description

This role offers an early-career or developing engineer the opportunity to work onsite in the Lower Mainland as a "Project Analyst/Coordinator." You will contribute to the full lifecycle of complex engineering products by performing analysis that improves reliability, maintainability, availability, and overall lifecycle cost. Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and program teams, you will help ensure that systems are designed and supported with effective long-term sustainment in mind.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of engineering products by performing analyses that improve reliability, maintainability, availability, and overall lifecycle cost.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and program teams to ensure systems are designed with effective long-term support and sustainment in mind.
• Apply systems engineering concepts to real-world engineering programs, contributing to design, supportability, and maintenance planning.
• Work with engineering data, databases, and analysis tools to evaluate system performance, supportability, and logistics requirements.
• Contribute to RAM analyses such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), as applicable.
• Support activities related to life cycle cost analysis and sparing analysis to optimize inventory, maintenance, and support strategies.
• Assist in the preparation, review, or support of maintenance documentation and provisioning data to ensure accurate and usable information for end users.
• Use MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other data tools to perform data analysis, prepare reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in planning and coordination activities with supply chain and production teams, including data management and integration with MRP/ERP systems.

Essential Skills

• New graduate, 0-2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated reliability, maintainability, and availability experience in an engineering context.
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail when working with complex technical and logistics data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and data entry, including working with engineering and logistics datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing clear and concise technical presentations and reports.
• Ability to work comfortably with engineering data, databases, and analysis tools.
• Capability to translate analytical findings into practical, actionable recommendations for engineering and program teams.
• General engineering knowledge that supports understanding of complex mechanical, electrical, or systems designs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite role based in the Lower Mainland at a dedicated operations center, working within a collaborative, team-oriented engineering environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Vancouver, BC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
