Job Description
We are seeking an Architectural Associate with over four years of experience to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are eager to contribute to multifamily projects and expand their professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop full architectural drawing sets for filing, based on initial design direction.
- Coordinate and manage shop drawings.
- Respond to emails from expediters and trades with minimal client interaction.
- Work independently on projects after receiving initial design direction.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with multifamily projects.
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and details.
- Familiarity with alterations type 1 or type 2.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with NYC zoning and building codes is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to take ownership and support team leadership in focusing on sales.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
