Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch), or a BA in Architecture. Professional Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural practice. Licensure: Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure (preferred but not mandatory). Software Proficiency: Skilled in Building Information Modeling (BIM); experience with ArchiCAD is ideal, though training can be provided. Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related design and productivity tools. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Project Management: Able to manage and shift between multiple projects and tasks efficiently. Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrates innovative thinking in resolving design challenges. Team-Oriented Mindset: Self-driven and proactive, with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude toward team dynamics.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
