Responsibilities
- Architectural drafting using AutoCAD AND Revit to create layouts for primarily retail spaces.
- Will eventually look to have this candidate manage projects for clients.
- Put together construction documentation for builders/contractors.
- Needs to be proficient in Revit and know some AutoCAD
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture
- Experience in drafting, architectural design, and construction documentation
- Familiarity with project management and construction administration
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
