Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Qualifications Summary
Minimum Requirements
- Citizenship: U.S. Person as defined by U.S. immigration regulations.
- Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing support roles.
- Education: Associate degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments requiring adaptability and precision.
- Proficient in using the Epicor ERP system for inventory management, job tracking, and reporting.
- Familiar with job kitting processes and supporting production planning to ensure timely material flow.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices integrated with quality assurance and traceability standards.
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Core Competencies and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials, supplies, and components.
- Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling.
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations using the Epicor ERP system.
- Issue materials to production jobs with full traceability and compliance with work order requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, discrepancies, and returns.
- Support the development and enforcement of inventory control policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
