What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inspector position at Actalent?
We are seeking 2-3 ICC-certified Reinforced Concrete and/or ICC Structural Masonry Inspectors to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidates will work on exciting data center projects, maintaining thorough and accurate records of field and laboratory data, reports, and communications. This role requires effective communication with the Project Manager and client representatives.
Responsibilities- Maintain proper and complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, RFI's, and other relevant field data.
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager and client's representatives.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control and quality assurance for reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
- Read and understand structural blueprints and adhere to current code requirements.
- ICC certification for concrete, masonry, post tension, steel & welding.
- Thorough knowledge of standards related to construction and inspection of reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
- Ability to read and understand structural blueprints and current code requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and good organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Minimum of two years of inspection experience.
- Current valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Previous inspection experience.
- Experience in quality control and quality assurance.
- Great communication skills.
- Timeliness in task completion.
- Clean driving record.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
