The Incoming QA Inspector will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of electronic components, PCB assemblies, and finished products. This role works closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify issues, support root‑cause analysis, and help drive continuous improvement across the production process.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections of electronic components and assemblies
- Inspect PCBAs for workmanship, solder quality, component placement, and cosmetic defects
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and quality specifications
- Use inspection tools such as microscopes, calipers, multimeters, and gauges
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify nonconforming material and communicate findings to manufacturing and quality teams
- Support root‑cause analysis and corrective action activities
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and internal quality procedures
- Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives

- Previous experience as a QA Inspector or Quality Technician in a manufacturing environment
