Job Summary

The HR Compliance Coordinator supports compliance-related HR functions, including documentation, audits, and regulatory adherence. This role ensures HR processes align with internal policies and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track HR compliance documentation and records
• Support audits and reporting requirements
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies
• Assist in standardizing HR processes and documentation
• Partner with internal teams on compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR or compliance-related experience
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage documentation and compliance tracking

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare or regulated environment
• Experience supporting audits or compliance programs

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, CA.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
