Healthcare Interior Designer

[Job Description]

One of the most awarded global A&D firms in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Healthcare Designer. We're looking for a talent who has experience in large-scale and complex healthcare projects, focused on designing (clinical workflows, patient safety, infection control, etc.).

Pay - $75k/yr. - $105k/yr. (Depending on overall tenure, certifications such as NCIDQ/LEED, healthcare design experience, etc.)

Location - Seattle, WA (Hybrid: Tuesday - Thursday on-site, Monday & Friday Remote)

[Summary of Key Responsibilities]

• Support interior design projects from concept through construction.
• Develop practical, innovative design solutions aligned with client goals, budget, and schedule.
• Conduct programming and space planning; select and specify finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials.
• Produce and coordinate 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist with documentation during SD, DD, and CA phases.
• Support construction administration efforts (level dependent).
• Participate in client presentations and internal coordination.
• Apply firm standards and integrate sustainable design strategies.

[Qualification Requirements]

• 3-7 years of experience within healthcare design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related.
• Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams on complex healthcare projects.
• Proven ownership of project budgets, schedules, and fee management.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards (ADA, life safety, clinical requirements).
• Big bonus for NCIDQ and/or LEED.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
