Job Description
Join a dynamic team focused on creating innovative and scalable solutions for on-orbit servicing missions. As a GNC Engineer, you will work on algorithms for rendezvous and proximity operations in space, contributing to sustainable space systems by mitigating space debris.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance algorithms for rendezvous and proximity operations in a space environment.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of current RPO activities using various imagery inputs.
- Utilize simulated imagery and other inputs for pose estimation.
- Support problem-solving related to mechanical systems, specifically robotic systems.
- 5 years of experience in space vehicle guidance, navigation, and control (GNC).
- Experience in RPO support.
- Experience working with control problems for mechanical robotic systems.
- Experience with satellite subsystems.

You will be working on the LEXI program, which currently consists of 8 team members and is expected to grow to 12-14 members.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Denver, Colorado.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.11/hr.
