Pharmacy Technician – Northlake, TX

$21 /hr | Full‑Time Hours (Multiple Schedule Options)

Actalent is hiring licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support a busy pharmacy operation in Northlake, TX. This is a great fit for techs who enjoy hands‑on work, staying busy, and being part of a team that values accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter new and refill prescriptions using Walgreens systems
• Review scripts for accuracy and flag missing or unclear information
• Interpret SIG codes and fix data entry issues as they come up
• Work with automated dispensing equipment and follow quality checks
• Count, label, package, and ship medications
• Handle insurance and third‑party rejections and resubmit claims
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
• Support pharmacists on site and assist other locations when needed

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy tech experience
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑style environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.60/hr.
