The office is located within a mile of several excellent dining options, fostering a welcoming and family-oriented culture. The team is tight-knit, and the environment is supportive, offering exposure to multi-specialty practices.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake and check-in procedures.
- Perform insurance verifications efficiently.
- Assist with front and back-office tasks, including managing prescriptions and lab orders.
- Collaborate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and laboratories for patient orders.
- Handle a high volume of patient rooming and work closely with physicians.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Facilitate telehealth appointments and guide patients accordingly.
- Utilize the EMR System E Clinical Works effectively.
- Medical Assistant Certificate REQUIRED
- 1-2 years of recent medical office experience
- BLS and/or CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Proficiency in rooming patients and patient services
- Experience in urgent care, internal medicine, or similar settings
- EKG knowledge
- Strong phone etiquette and detail-oriented nature
- Ability to fill prescription requests accurately
