🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• ✅ Room patients & take vital signs
• ✅ Manage check-in/check-out and scheduling
• ✅ Handle prior authorizations, referrals & care coordination
• ✅ Document in EMR systems
• ✅ Support providers with patient calls, prescriptions, and prep work
• ✅ Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
• ✅ Communicate with patients, providers & insurance companies

🎯 What You Bring

• ✔️ 1 year of front office MA experience
• ✔️ EMR experience
• ✔️ Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic
• ✔️ Professional, polished communication

⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• Specialty or oncology experience
• CMA, phlebotomy, or additional clinical skills
• Scheduling, data entry, or patient coordination experience

This is a Contract position based out of Bedford, TX.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
