Job Title: Filling Technician II
Job DescriptionWe are seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a new production line at a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility. Due to increased market demand, we need individuals to assist in loading materials, completing electronic batch records, maintaining logbook entries, documenting work orders, and conducting process checks to ensure quality. Technicians will also handle batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced. This role requires a tech-savvy mindset and a focus on process improvement. Candidates must be motivated to enter the pharmaceutical industry and understand the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load materials for new production line.
- Complete electronic batch records and logbook entries.
- Document work orders and conduct process checks.
- Handle batch packaging records for loaded and produced materials.
- Identify and report issues on the production line, and assist in finding solutions.
- Communicate effectively and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain all documentation electronically.
Essential Skills
- Exposure to manufacturing operations and biotechnology.
- Understanding of GMP knowledge.
- Previous manufacturing experience in GMP and aseptic environments.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Technical proficiency to handle electronic documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bioworks or Associate degree in Biotechnology.
- Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Preferred cleanroom and gowning experience.
- Two years of aseptic experience.
Work Environment
The role is based in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, requiring individuals to work on their feet for 12-hour shifts. The night shift offers a competitive hourly rate. This is a Contract position based out of Clayton, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.65 - $26.65/hr.
