We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at Actalent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. You should be proficient in drafting/design software and have knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
This is a fully onsite position that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
