Job Description
This role involves providing administrative support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The position requires you to effectively manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and events while working closely with executive teams and leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel is essential as you will utilize these tools regularly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for the CNO and CFO using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Plan and organize various events and schedules.
- Work directly with executive teams and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Become familiar with and utilize internal systems as needed.
- Handle IT requests and manage capital expenditure needs.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative support.
- Ability to learn and adapt to internal systems and software related to job duties.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Kronos or similar systems for timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and other HR functions.
- Preferred experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Healthcare and executive assistant experience is not required but beneficial.
Work Environment
The work environment is within a hospital setting. You will be expected to work directly with executive teams and handle various administrative tasks in a professional office environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
