Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for an estimator to join our team with a background in construction. More specifically, we are seeking someone with experience in drywall, taping, and/or trim finishing to contribute to our carpentry operations. Projects range from $50,000 to $5 million, so a wide range of experience can be useful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate project costs for drywall, taping, and trim finishing.
• Review and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost analyses.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate preconstruction pricing.
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $5 million.

Essential Skills

• Experience with drywall, taping, and trim finishing.
• Proficiency in construction estimation and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with estimating software.
• Experience in commercial construction and preconstruction processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
