What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Scientist position at Actalent?
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and management of technical and administrative aspects of environmental remediation projects, as well as staff management, and client communication and coordination.
- Developing work scopes and cost estimates
- Implementing, directing, and overseeing soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion investigations, data management and evaluation, and technical report writing.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in working through all phases of investigation through remediation
- Knowledgeable and proficient in NJDEP statutes and regulations (e.g., SRRA/LSRP, ARRCS and TRSR), associated technical guidance documents, regulatory timeframes, documentation/reporting requirements, and SRP regulatory forms
