Responsibilities
- Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), including site inspections, historical research, and database reviews, in accordance with ASTM standards.
- Perform Phase II ESAs, including soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling, and coordinate field investigations.
- Analyze environmental data, interpret lab results, and prepare technical reports.
- Identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and recommend next steps for site remediation or further assessment.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21 standards and environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA).
- Strong technical writing skills with experience preparing ESA reports.
- Ability to interpret lab data and make practical recommendations.
- Proficiency in GIS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
