As an Environmental Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping signage and wayfinding systems that make navigating spaces intuitive and memorable. From concept to completion, your work will influence how people interact with their surroundings.
What You’ll Do
- Create with Purpose: Design and develop signage and wayfinding programs that blend aesthetics with clarity—location plans, message schedules, and design intent packages.
- Own the Process: Contribute to every project phase, from discovery to implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with architecture, interiors, marketing, and project management teams to align vision and goals.
- Grow Your Impact: Engage with clients as your expertise and confidence shine.
What You Bring
- Experience: 4 years in graphic design, ideally within architecture, interior design, or branding agencies focused on signage and wayfinding.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (BFA or BS).
- Portfolio Power: A strong body of work showcasing signage and wayfinding projects, including location plans and fabrication files.
- Technical Mastery: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator—both visually and verbally.
Bonus Points For
- Project management experience in signage and wayfinding.
- Familiarity with CAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and file prep.
