Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with drivers and team members.
• Fleet Management:
  • Oversee fleet scheduling and maintenance.
  • Track vehicle usage and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Administrative Support:
  • Organize office supplies and maintain common areas.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of packages.
  • Assist with event coordination and other office tasks as needed.

Administrative duties are an essential part of this role and will be prioritized when dispatch and fleet tasks are lighter.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $25.00/hr.
