Job Description
The Representative will be a highly proficient and quality-focused producer of Pre-Operative Plans. This role requires an individual who is committed to meeting team and department production targets through individual production efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create cases using a proprietary case management system.
- Review CT Scans to ensure they conform to Surgical protocol.
- Segment CT Scans with specialized software to produce 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery.
- Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans utilizing the Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.
- Examine CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy in anatomical landmark selection, as well as implant sizing and positioning.
- Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.
- Document all activities following prescribed methods and procedures.
- Adhere to work instructions to deliver consistent output.
- Proficiency in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, and general Science.
- Experience with CT Scans, X-rays, and MRIs.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience or equivalent education (Associate's Degree or above).
- Proficiency in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Certifications or experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI).
- Certification in Nursing or a related field.
- Completion of a college-level anatomy course.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Visual acuity of 20/20 vision with or without assistive devices.
