Entry Level Recruiter/ Sales Trainee

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to source and engage with qualified consultants. You will be responsible for screening potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, ensuring their goals, skills, and interests align with available opportunities. You will also communicate job offers and prepare consultants for their new roles, maintaining a strong network of industry-specific professionals.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified consultants through various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks.
• Learn about consultants' goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment.
• Communicate job offers and prepare consultants for starting their new roles.
• Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day of work, and keeping in touch throughout their assignment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer, leadership, or sales-focused roles.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
